Objectives of the Council

To ensure the safety of automobile light alloy wheels, the council carries out tests to determine whether or not they comply with “the technical standard for Light Alloy Disc Wheels for Passenger Cars (JWL)” approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport or “the technical standards for Light Alloy Disc Wheels for Trucks and Buses (JWL-T)” approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, thus contributing to consumer protection. |
